Check in is anytime after 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
- The kitchen is stocked with dishware, cookware, paper towels, salt and pepper, various spices, complimentary coffee and tea.
- You will need to bring any food, beverages and condiments.
- The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, towels, hand and bath soap, hairdryer and curling iron.
- Any other shower amenities you will need to bring.
- Linens and extra blankets and pillows are provided in the bedrooms.
We currently do not have wifi. We highly recommend using mobile hotspot If you have a cell phone plan that includes it. We both use hotspot on AT&T's network to stream music, movies and connect a laptop to the internet for work without issue.
Our property is verizon and AT&T network friendly. When staying there we use mobile hotspot to stream music and movies on AT&T's network without issue. Sprint is roaming. Others may have spotty service.
We do not offer tv. As of August 3rd Windstream cable TV who is the only provider in the area has discontinued service throughout North Georgia. We are unable to get reception with an antenna do to our location. However we do have a selection of dvds for all ages.
No we are strictly a non-smoking rental. If any evidence of smokingon the property is found after your checkout, you will be charged a $150 fine.
Please leave ALL trash inside the cabin. We have frequent visitors such as bears, raccoons, possums and other animals that will get into any trash, food or beverages left outside.
We do not have a trash pick up service. If you'd like to dispose of the trash yourself, the nearest transfer station is a 12 minute drive, located at 59 Transfer Station Rd Hiawassee, GA 30546. For hours, call 706-896-3149

No, there is just over a full flight of stairs from the parking landing up to the cabin.
The driveway is steep, but a 4x4 vehicle is not needed to get up the driveway. All of the roads leading to the cabin are paved.
We are happy to provide two bundles of home-split firewood for you at no charge. We limit the amount in order to be able to provide some to everyone throughout the year.
Additional firewood is available at Ingles grocery store and is for sale at the house next to Dollar General at 1835 Sunnyside Rd, Hiawassee, GA 30546
The nearest store is Dollar General and a 10 minute drive
Ingles is the best grocery store in town, and along with other shops and restaurants in downtown Hiawassee, it is a 16 minute drive
